Are my devices set up correctly?

Connect your computers, laptops, iPhone, iPod and televisions via a stereo cable into the "Audio In". The cable from the headset, headphone or speaker cable can be connected into the "Audio Out".

Why am I not getting any sound?

Ensure that the "Power" and the "3D Effect" are turned on.

What can I do to improve the device audio quality?

Audio quality is subjected to your audio setup and other factors. While this device does make the output 3D, audio quality is still determined by what earphones you use, quality of the music files.

What are the 3 flavors of 3D effect? Can we choose the type of effect we want?

There are 3 settings of effects ranging from low(1), middle(2) to high(3). You can select the strength of the effect based on the type of songs you listen to. However, you cannot change how the effect sounds like as it has been tailored made for a 3D effect only.

​Under what circumstances should the Bass and Treble buttons be turned on? 

Bass and treble will be automatically enhanced in 3D processing. Do not turn on "BASS" and "TREBLE" enhancement to avoid over enhancing BASS and TREBLE. Lastly enjoy the 3D music effect.

This Audboz unit is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner, subject to the following terms and conditions. The warranty is valid for 1 year after purchased.

 

The following cases are not covered under the warranty:

 

(a) any non-factory-installed electrical/electronics components;

(b) damage or defects due to alteration, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, extremes of temperature or humidity or abnormal strain;

(c) accidental damage or intentional damage;

(d) damage in shipping;

(e) external damage on cables (exposed wirings, cuts, tears, etc.);

(f) the repair/replacement of expandable maintenance items including, but not limited to, ear pads, headpads, windscreens;

(g) cracking or other damage to the finish after seven (7) days or (1) week of purchase;

(h) any damage from accessories (batteries/extension cable);

(i) any item/s included free on a purchase;

(j) sound characteristics (sound is a subjective matter and is not warranted); or

(k) any item not purchased from an authorized Audboz retailer.
